In 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007 the Specialized Carriers & Rigging Association (SC&RA) recognized   Southern Industrial’s Safety Program with the award of SC&RA's Annual Crane & Rigging Safety Award.

The Crane & Rigging Safety Award recognizes SC&RA member companies with superior safety records.  First and second prize awards go to winners in five categories based on the amount    of manhours worked during the year.
