Our company follows industry-proven safety programs, such as Supervisor Training in Accident Reduction Techniques (START), utilizes Safety Bonus Incentives, and embraces new safety techniques to continuously improve safety results. As part of our Safety Culture, all of our employees receive Job-Specific Safety Training, Equipment Operator Certification Training, Fall Protection Training, Job-Site Safety Orientation, and before each workday attend detailed Toolbox Safety meetings with include Safety Task Assignments (STA's). In addition, Southern Industrial adheres to a strict Drug & Alcohol Testing Program to ensure a drug-free workforce.
