SIC participated in roundtable planning with client and trade partners to develop strategic execution plans for critical equipment installation, resulting in increased efficiency. By working directly with SIC, the client delivered a successful project, kept proprietary information secure, and saved significant costs.

The client sought to make a large investment into its newly-acquired Clayton, NC manufacturing site. Rather than working with the design and construction firms that managed their previous projects, the client took a direct approach to planning. The client utilized their engineering team for project design and construction and hand-selected subcontractor partners to assist with planning and execution.
