For this project, we completed all services, including equipment installation, electrical work, instrumentation and controls, and process mechanical installation on time. We also assembled automated guided vehicles (AGVs) to help significantly increase efficiency and decrease labor.

Our client wanted to modernize their tissue converting facility.
Solutions
A key solution we delivered for this project was the assembly of highly-advanced AGVs for palletizing. This allows employees to load packaged products onto 12-foot by 6-foot AGVs, which then act as a mobile palletizing system for moving product to warehousing and shipping. Our solution helped to significantly increase efficiency and decrease necessary labor.
Along with the AGVs, we provided a full suite of plant relocation services. These services included:
- Removing aged equipment
- Installing new equipment
- Installing all utilities associated with the equipment (electrical, instrumentation and controls, and process mechanical)
